The hotel is located in the Famous Rue de Rivoli, overlooking the Tuileries Gardens, an area of great beauty, steeped in history. There is good public transport nearby, and many attractions are within a few minutes walking distance.
The rooms are full of charm and character, richly decorated with the best materials. They are equipped with personal phone lines, very large wardrobes and the best comfort that one would expect of a deluxe hotel. All the bathrooms are marbled. The hotel's restaurant offers gourmet cuisine in exquisite surroundings. Guests are welcomed in a majestic decor comprised of glittering chandeliers, golden mouldings and refined furniture. This restaurant is classified as an historical building.
Built in 1837, this traditional and elegant Parisian hotel, is a building of considerable historical interest. The lobby is an assembly of impressive lounges, decorated in a grand style, with elegant period decor and fine works of art. The public areas are a wonderful example of 18th century architecture with huge chandeliers, outstanding golden mouldings and authentic paintings on the walls. This hotel was totally closed for 2 years and re-opened on 2000. Everything has been entirely re-built following top modern standards, but retaining the prestigious glory of Parisian history. Here we can see luxury, refinement and comfort of a high standard. This hotel is very highly recommended. |
