| 4 Star, First Class Traditional Hotel
The hotel is located close to the main shopping area, restaurants and within a few minutes walk of the sea front.
The rooms are medium in size, elegantly furnished and decorated in different styles and colours. Rooms and bathrooms are in very good condition.
The spacious and bright breakfast room is located on the ground floor. It is furnished with dark brown wooden tables, and leather covered chairs either in dark brown or pale blue. In the warmer months breakfast will be served on the hotel's inner terrace, which is furnished with maroccan style furniture, wrought iron seats and tiled tables.
The hotel is housed in a traditional Riviera style building, with an attractive facade which has been entirely restored and painted in a pale ocre colour with off white window shutters.
A few steps lead up to the elegant reception area. It is furnished and decorated in a colour scheme ranging from black to pale grey and silver. The floor is laid out with dark grey marbled tiles. The walls are painted in pale grey and they are decorated with large black and white photographs in silver frames of American movie stars, and beautiful decorative mirrors. The reception desk is of black polished stone. To the right of the recepetion area is the bar area, furnished with comfortable leather armchairs and reflecting the 1920-30 Swing and Jazz era. Following on there is a comfortable lounge area, with a large mock open fire. Above it is a large mirror. The lounge area opens up to the hotel terrace.
This property has been totally refurbished throughout and it is now of an excellent standard in a style that reflects the swinging 30's, but housed in a traditional provencal building. |
